Kangeiko 2025 Beach Workout

Kangeiko 2025 on January 5, 2025. Was held at the same spot, Pacific Coast Hwy and Beach Blvd, at 5 AM. This is always a fun workout and a great way to start your training for 2025. It wasn't that cold this year and a lot less windy, so it was a great morning for a workout. Everyone had a good time and a fun workout and was an excellent way to start of the New Year.
